2024 Booking and Pricing
We’re available seven days a week. Our parties start at $1,250.00 for 50 guests or less.
Saturdays in July and August, parties start at $1,400.00
For each additional 25 people, please add $400.00.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your date. We can't confirm your date until the deposit is received.
A 20% service charge and 7% NYS Tax apply to all parties
If your event is located more than 50 miles away from Glens Falls, a $2.00/mile travel fee will apply.
Let’s Party!
Our pizza service normally lasts for two hours. We do need time for setup and will arrive at your location 30 to 45 minutes before service.
We have some flexibility around this schedule and can customize it to some extent, but it will depend on our booking schedule. Please let us know about your plans for how you'd like your event to run and when you'd like the food served. Reiterate it again at your event to our pizza staff so we can all be on the same page. Please allow a clean exit for the truck/staff ~ the last thing we want to do is interrupt our host/hostess to move a vehicle

We book on a first come, first served basis and cannot guarantee availability. For peak periods (that’s summer in New York for us), we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible.

If you need to cancel before 30 days prior to your event, we will refund your deposit.

We have no minimum number, but the charge for 50 people is our minimum and will apply.

We charge for 50 people or less, so the price for 30 people is the same as 50. However, if you have less than 50 people, we will upgrade your menu with additional appetizers of your choosing!

We haven’t reached our maximum yet, so we don’t quite know.

Kids under 5 are free and children ages 5 – 12 are counted 2-for-1.

On certain occasions we have traveled outside or area, however, this is usually for a multi-day event.

No, we do not.
Parking and Set Up FAQ’s

We require a flat, level parking spot. We ask that you clear any questionable location with us before we arrive.

If the ground is level and firm enough, yes.

We can park in the street, as long as the road is reasonably level and there’s room for our prep tables.

We can pull up close to a building or garage, but we cannot pull inside a building because of the height of the truck.

We have an awning that shelters the pizza prep area and we will make every effort to continue with the party in less than ideal weather. Unfortunately, the awning is not adequate for heavy rains and high winds. If the forecast is for very bad weather, we can cancel or reschedule up to the day before with no additional charge.

Yes, as long as notice is given in advance. However, if there is an extreme gluten allergy, please be aware that flour is used in our prep area.
