2023 Booking and Pricing

For parties of 50 guests or less:

We can serve for up to 3 hours if needed:  If an extra hour is requested, an additional $5/pp will apply

Available any day of the week……..Starting at $1,250 for 50 guests or less
For each additional 25 people, please add $400 to the rate. 

A 30% deposit is required to secure your date once menu is finalized.  Your date will not be confirmed until deposit is received.

All our parties include unlimited pizza, choice of salad, “out of the fire” S’mores and all paper products needed. A 7% NYS Sales Tax and 20% service charge apply. If event is located more than 50 miles away from Glens Falls, a $1.50/mile travel fee will apply.

General FAQ

How do I book a party?How far in advance do I have to book?
We book on a first come, first served basis and cannot guarantee availability. For peak periods (that’s summer in New York for us), we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel before 30 days prior to your event, we will refund your deposit.
What is your minimum number of people?
We have no minimum number, but the charge for 50 people is our minimum and will apply.
How much is it if I have less than 50 people?
We charge for 50 people or less, so the price for 30 people is the same as 50. However, if you have less than 50 people, we will upgrade your menu with additional appetizers of your choosing!
What is your maximum party number?
We haven’t reached our maximum yet, so we don’t quite know.
When do you need to know our final count?
One week prior to your party.
Do I have to pay full price for children?
Kids under 5 are free and children ages 5 – 12 are counted 2-for-1.
Do you do parties outside of the Capital District and North Country?
On certain occasions we have traveled outside or area, however this is usually for a multi-day event.


Do you cater weddings?
What is your minimum number of people?
There is no minimum.
Do you offer china, tableclothes, etc.?
No, we do not. 

Parking and Set Up

How long will you be at my event?
We arrive approximately 1 hour prior to service to set up.  We normally serve from 2 or 3 hours.  If you would like us for more than 3 hours, a $5/pp charge will apply.
What are the truck parking requirements?
We require a flat, level parking spot. We ask that you clear any questionable location with us before we arrive.
Can you park in the backyard?
If the ground is level and firm enough, yes.
Can you park on the street in front of my house?
We can park in the street, as long as the road is reasonably level and there’s room for our prep tables.
Can you pull up to my garage?
We can pull up close to a building or garage, but we cannot pull inside a building because of the height of the truck.
What if it rains?
We have an awning that shelters the pizza prep area and we will make every effort to continue with the party in less than ideal weather. Unfortunately, the awning is not adequate for heavy rains and high winds. If the forecast is for very bad weather, we can cancel or reschedule up to the day before with no additional charge.


Can you provide more than just pizza?
Absolutely! Just share your ideas with us and we’ll create a custom menu to fit your budget. See our menu page for ideas.
Do you do gluten free pizzas?
Yes, as long as notice is given in advance. However, if there is an extreme gluten allergy, please be aware that flour is used in our prep area.
Do you take requests for pizzas?
Yes, though specific requests are more easily taken after a party’s initial rush has been taken care of.
